Taisiri Kaddu


Born on 12th DEC 1994, Glory be to God born 24 years ago into a peasant family in central Uganda growing up with a single mother seemed not to be that rosy life but then again God can move mountains- I could see the riddles I passed through God was preparing me for a future role.

Administrator, Taisir, worked in the data bank of ministry of health Uganda as an internee for a year well as pursuing his dreams of becoming a full-time administrator, IT specialist, and a leader. He has been an exemplarypart-time Administrator on a voluntary basis for two years having chosen to serve as an Administrator at the Vine Hope Uganda by The executive director Mubiru Vianey on merit owing to his destitute back ground and inspiring breakthrough.

In his role as Part time Administrator, he has boosted efficiency in work progress as well as stabilizing the working relationship and ensuring a conducive work environment for reaching out to the vulnerable and the marginalized, Taisir was instrumental in helping to observe techniques in archiving and writing proposalsas well as ensuring quality and efficiency in output lines through monitoring, validation, assessment and evaluation in implementation of the strategies and comprehension.

He joined Makerere university pursuing a bachelors in information Technology after a long struggle of unstable high school education due to unstable financial support as an effect of polygamy in his family neglected though out his life by the bread winner.

Pottering at construction sites for fees, his mother a house wife struggled for fees top up,in 2015 he served as a data entrant and supervisor in malaria consortium funded by Johnhopkin University on long lasting nets distribution program served for six months that helped him cover the tuition fees and with God's grace he finally graduated.

Taisir loves his career so much and is an active participant, he has travelled to various countries like Rwanda, Congo, Sudan, Kenya, Tanzania speaking about and promoting better health standards, Role of ICT in Job creation to the youths mostly in rural areas, served as an entrepreneur with Bocconi University-Italy (Adansonia Project).

He is currently working with Musubi farm company limited subsidiary company of Stabex International as IT& Web administrator as while as Tx computer solutions.

Today Hope for change is part of my fulfillment of my dream, it has pushed me to greater heights been recognized at different levels and garnished different government recognitions and it has exposed me to be consulted by different Organizations in Uganda more so sitting on Boards of Various Ministries like Solid Action on Domestic Violence against, Iganga Muslim Youth Association, Wings of Charity as well as Proud Member of the Rotaract club of Iganga. I believe all these have been by God's grace, no way could I tell anyone that I have ever dreamed to be where I am at my age,
